As a partner in Coldwell Banker Advantage and Chief Operating Officer of the Triangle region, Eddie has been integral in the rapid and sustained growth of the firm.  Since Eddie joined the company, Coldwell Banker Advantage has grown from 4 offices to 29 offices, and during his tenure Advantage has risen to become the third largest Coldwell Banker Franchise in the United States, and twice been named the Best Place to Work in the Triangle by the Triangle Business Journal (2013 and 2014).  Eddie and his partners are well known for creating a company culture in which team members thrive. It is an environment in which the values, mission, and company philosophies are not only communicated but also shared, and engrained. The associates, the firm, and the partners are known for excellence and professionalism

Eddie has enjoyed serving in leadership roles his entire life. He has served on the Board of Directors for:

National Association of REALTORS®
North Carolina Association of REALTORS®
Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®
Triangle Multiple Listing Service
REALTOR® Foundation of the Triangle
Wake Forest Boys and Girls Club
Wake Forest College Birthplace Society
Triangle Community Coalition

He has also served as the President of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, the President of the REALTOR Foundation of the Triangle, and chaired dozens of professional committees. Eddie also takes great pride in being named REALTOR® of the Year for the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS in 2008, an award bestowed on him at the early age of 38. To this day he still greatly values his captaincy of the Wake Forest University Rugby Team and the Athens Drive HS Football team by remaining close to many of the members from those teams. He attributes the opportunity to be a leader through team sports as a cornerstone to building the foundational skills necessary for his current success.  Eddie believes that his bout with leukemia in his early 20’s and the subsequent challenges associated with a bone marrow transplant granted him the opportunity to obtain a clarity of purpose and perspective that few people gain at such an early point in life. Eddie has tried to harness this perspective and use it to guide him in life and in business. This is also one of the many reasons that at Coldwell Banker Advantage family comes first.  Today, Eddie spends his free time coaching youth baseball and flag football teams. Spending time with his family and friends is a priority in his life.
